30 for 30 Spring Remix Challenge #4

Day 4.
I got up early today to wash my hair. I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week and don't look forward to it; The washing, drying, styling..... But I do love clean hair.
Anyways, the kids were still sleeping, I got some time to get dressed, take pics, get kids clothes ready and make them breakfast. We went to the mall and story time today. I ended up not buying anything for myself. I felt that I "couldn't" wear anything new for 30 days, so what the point. It guess it is a good thing.
Here are my sweet kidos at the book store.
Here is my outfit today.
Love this skirt, it is so twirly and comfortable.

30 for 30 Spring Remix Challenge #3

Day three!

Today was such a beautiful day!

I went Jogging with the kids and was in my work out clothes until around 3pm doing things around the house. What can I say, they are comfy.

I didn't get dressed till 3pm. Yeah, thats the life of a stay at home mom.

I took these photos while my son was sitting on the potty yelling "DONE"
I was rushing and didn't notice they were out of focus till much later. Augh!!

Oh well. Better luck next time, right?

Today I wore my favorite skirt. I call it the "sweatpants" of a skirt.
You are going to see alot of it, because I wear it alot.

Soy Sauce & Ginger Salmon

2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
1-2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
4 green onions, sliced

Spray baking pan with oil.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, brown sugar and whisk well until combined. Add salmon to the dish or place everything in a ziplock bag, then refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes.

I always get so excited when I get my birchbox in the mail.

Let me tell you what birch box is, just in case you are not familiar with it.
It's a monthly subscription service which is $10.00 a month where you get sent 5-6 high-end samples each month. First you take a little survey so they can find out more about your skin, make up likes and dislikes so they know what to send you.

You know how I love trying out new products? Well, with the birch box, I can try high end products without having to buy full size products. If I love the product, then I can go buy it :)

If you are interested in checking it out, go to Birch Box

I am a stay at home mom. So my usual at home outfit includes PJs or sweats till noon and then jeans and a t-shirt for the rest of the day. Which is why I take every opportunity to "dress up" if I am going anywhere.

Sunday consisted of cleaning the house after Shabbat, doing 4 loads of laundry and lounging around. Then I finally got "dressed" to go out for dinner.

Chambray shirt: Old Navy
Skirt: J crew
Shoes: DSW
Necklace: Etsy

This is my to go purse/diaper bag, which hold diapers, change of clothes for little man, snacks, wallet, sippy cup and toys.
