The BaBy ShOwEr
My friend threw me a shower this weekend. It was the most beautiful shower I have ever been to! She did such a great job!
Our family of 3... Soon to be family of 4

It was a safari theme.. the cutest thing I have ever seen
The "mamma" throne

Yep.. Its going to be a boy!!

The Daiper Cake made by one of my friends

The baby book and a well wishes/advice book

She actually had a banner made for me! Isn’t it just precious?

The dessert table… I didn’t know what to start with first

The Cake!! The most cutest cake I have ever seen!! Made by Jen at Simply Sweets.

The cupcakes where Yummy! But that is expected from Larson’s Bakery. They have the best butter cream frosting. We just bought the cupcake liners and picks to match the theme from Michael’s.

Chocolate covered strawberries and grapes

Cutting the cake. It was so sad to cut since it was so beautiful. But it was mighty good! The top tier was chocolate cake with coffee filing and the bottom tier was white cake with raspberry filling.

Opening the presents..

My little Emily was so proud to show everyone the gifts..
Enjoying The Last Few Days of Warm Weather
These were taken last week, it was still 70 outside. Emily at her favorite “play park” as she likes to call it.

Sent straight from heaven up above
Came an angel for me to love
To hold and rock and kiss good night
To wrap my arms around real tight
To cuddle & nurture and watch her play
To kiss her boo-boo's all away
To laugh at her jokes, to clap as she sings
To tell her all the joy in my life that she brings
To guide and teach her all that I know
To see her through good times & help her through bad
To share in her happiness and cry when she's sad
To hold her close and be by her side
To watch her through life as my heart fills with pride
To help her with decisions, the best that I can
To know that someday she'll be a fine young woman.
Fall 2010
We took some FALL pictures last weekend, I am planning on taking some more, when the leaves have changed colors and are falling.
7 layer bars

These are called 7 layer bars because you just layer the 7 ingredients needed. Very simple and so delicious, they just fly of the plate.

Our trip to visit family
We just came back from our trip to visit family in MO.
My daughter did very well on the flight, I was really surprised, she started being a little antsy towards the last hour, but she handled herself very well. I think her favorite part was the little bathroom on the airplane. She loved that she could actually reach the sink and wash her hands all by herself. LOL.
I also did very well on the flight; I actually didn't feel any different flying pregnant then I did when I wasn't pregnant. Off course other then using the bathroom more often.

This is me, my hubby and Emily in Branson
Anyways, we had a great time, We actually got to experience some great summer weather: 85-95 everyday.
Here is my little girl watering grandmas flowers
