Turkey Sliders



2 lbs ground turkey
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1 small onion finely minced
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 garlic cloves minced
4 TB A1 sauce
4 TB ranch dressing

Slider buns 


In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. 

Preheat grill.


Form patties and set on a foil covered cookie sheet until grill is ready.

Grill patties on low (6-8 minutes on each side)

I love these slider buns from Whole Foods:


Slice slider buns in half and heat them on the grill slightly.

I like mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, and pickles on my sliders.
