Our kitchen remodel/makeover began last Monday, It was a very busy week and I am extremely tired.
We still do not have any after pictures since it is NOT finished yet
But here is what we had to begin with:
We have a small U shape kitchen with builder grade cabinets and laminate counters
We could not afford to rip out the old cabinets and restart from scratch so we decided to paint the cabinets white.
Hubby installed crown molding
And he sanded all the doors for me which was a huge help
I used a paint gun to prime and paint the cabinet doors and drawers:
Already looking better with just the primer
(Do not mind the cabinets on the right, they are going to completely come off for open shelving)
That is all I have so far, I will do a detailed post later on how we painted our cabinets and so forth when I have after pictures.
I realize now that it will be a slow process since we are looking for deals and doing all the work ourselves to save money, but it will be all worth it in the end :)
