Vanilla Cupcakes with Buttercream icing






These turned out wonderfully. I found the recipe on Allrecipes. I did a few things differently.

I did not have cake flour, so substituted 2 tsp of flour for 2tsp of corn starch for every cup. I also added an additional 1/2 cup of milk.

I used this recipe for the frosting.
